Leadership Bio

Ryan Smith

As President and Founder of Treysta Project Solutions, Ryan brings over 15 years of expertise in the building industry. 

In his tenure, Ryan has overseen a wide range of projects, including retail programs with high profile brands, customized hospitality experiences, commercial development projects and beyond. Ryan is appreciated for his passion and unique ability to foster meaningful connections with whomever he works. Whether it's a partner or a client, Ryan identifies and gathers the right combination of talented people and empowers them to succeed. His signature style of deeply understanding and respecting a brand's authenticity is what makes him a valuable asset to projects which require special care.

Ryan works across the United States with emphasis on the Boston, Seattle, New York City, and California markets. 

Outside of Treysta, Ryan is passionate about giving back to the community. He is an avid volunteer at Musicians on Call, where he brings his musical gifts to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. He is also a husband and the father of two awesome kids.
